Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your REALM piece. If something is not right, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we will send you the return instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the item you have and place a new order once the return has been accepted.
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed. If your order has already been processed or shipped, you will need to follow the return process.
Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, damaged after delivery, or returned without prior approval.
